Mr. Singer oftens serves as a business consultant, advising both profit companies and non-profit organizations in the areas of business development and operational strategies, including the preparation of business plans and private placement memorandums.

His consulting work encompasses the represention of American companies seeking joint ventures and strategic alliances around the world, and in numerous areas of the entertainment business in which he advises clients in the recording and publishing industries, and serves as a producer for recording and concert events, most recently producing a concert in the United Nations General Assembly Hall for the United Nations Global Youth Summit. He also is the United Nations representative for the Non-Governmental Organization Global Family for Love and Peace.

Mr. Singer is the founder and Chairman of Rhythms of the Globe, a new media and Internet company whose focus is evolving lifestyles for the 21 st century as reflected in music, art, culture, spirituality and health. Prior to working with Rhythms of the Globe, Mr. Singer was the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Global Beat Media Corporation, a record company that produced and distributed world music. For Global Beat Mr. Singer supervised and directed all aspects of the Company’s operations, including the signing of artists, production, marketing, promotion, and world-wide distribution of its musical productions.
